Organized Storage Solutions had made getting our floors epoxied and cabinets designed and installed such a great... experience I’m almost sad that they’re done. They have been very friendly and professional throughout the entire process. We never once felt like they were just out to sell us their products. They really listened to our needs and didn’t try to get us to “upgrade” everything. The installation crew was friendly, professional and quick. They were very detail oriented and made sure to explain everything and answer any questions we had. We felt very confident leaving them to their work without the need to check up on them like we’ve had to do in the past with other companies. Everything looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier. We had to have our date rescheduled because of the Vacaville fires. It was rescheduled to the soonest available time. ... Actually, they came one day earlier. Two installers were professional and efficient in the installation of our new garage floor. It looks amazing. After the cabinet install is complete, I will post a picture of the finish product. We ordered cabinets through OSS. Wes came out twice to take the measurements and present a design. He is very pleasant... to work with. Ordered additional cabinets We asked if he would move the two tall cabinets he had originally installed and put the new cabinets up. He was very accommodating. We just had moved into a new home and we wanted to keep our garage well organize. We reached out OSS and Wes came out... to our home. Took measurements and gave us a mock-design for our cabinets. A month or two later, they came out to install our garage ceiling racks, epoxy garage floor and cabinets. Overall they did a good job and our garage looks very organized and clutter free. I was so impressed by Wes and his staff. What I appreciated most about Wes was his honesty. I accidentally overpaid on... my check and he issued me a refund on his own.
